Security tip: we do not store full card details. Depending on your provider, an extra bank or identity check may be required.
What will appear on my bank statement after I buy credits?
The entry is neutral and discreet. The description usually shows our payment provider, for example “Stichting Pay.nl”.
I have paid but my credits have not been added
First try refreshing the page and check your balance. For card, Apple Pay or Google Wallet payments the credit is normally instant.
